The Recreational Summer League is open to all men and women in the Augusta area. Typically, the Recreational League is the least competitive summer league and it may divided into multiple divisions based upon ability and size. Teams may be all male, co-rec, or all female. Play begins in early June and concludes at the end of July or early August. Matches are played during the week in the evening rather than on the weekends. Games are on modified-sized fields and the format is 8v8. One referee is used in the 8v8 format with no offside.
